Yesterday while we were in music the teacher taught us a new song- A ram sam sam. and while doing the actions to the chorus "gulligulligulli'' - rolling your hands , i twisted my wrist ..
and now it hurts alot. ):
or it maybe after effects from my injuries in primary too. ooh.
